These three programs require a 6-month commitment and are doctor-monitored, designed, and managed by Brian Wright, an experienced exercise physiologist. These programs eliminate the hassle of juggling referrals and disconnected services by providing a unified, collaborative approach to your health under one roof.
Level 1: Foundations of Longevity
Ideal for building a sustainable foundation
Program Overview:
- Membership to Method Health Club
- Access to GPP Total Strength Classes
- Basic Intake Testing with results management
- Recovery & Energize Sequence (2x per month)
Level 2: The Thrive Plan
A comprehensive plan for advanced health and performance
Includes everything in Level 1, plus:
- Full medical blood tests and review
- Individualized programming for specific goals
- Advanced intake testing with detailed management
- Monthly appointments with a registered dietitian
- Preventive physical therapy twice a month
- Weekly Recovery & Energize Sequence
Level 3: Total Transformation Package
The ultimate plan for complete health optimization
Includes everything in Level 2, plus:
- Personal training (individual sessions)
- Three monthly physical therapy sessions
- Monthly massage therapy session
Month to Month Programs
These month-to-month programs are expertly designed and monitored by exercise physiologist Brian Wright.
Group Training (GPP)
General Physical Preparedness (GPP) focused on building skill and safety for all levels.
Great for those with some experience in exercise who enjoy a class format with expert guidance.

Semi-Private Training
Small group training with personalized programming while sharing the same session hour.
