Brian Wright

I’m Brian Wright, MS, CSCS, a personal trainer passionate about helping adults over 40 feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

With over 25 years of experience and advanced degrees in exercise science and industry-leading certifications, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients achieve lasting health and vitality. I prioritize proven methods and evidence-based approaches over-fleeting fitness trends to ensure the best outcomes for those I work with.

What makes Strong Life Longevity different? All of our longevity programs are now physician-monitored through Dr. Kajal Roy, providing access to the latest in health and longevity research published in leading medical studies. Clients will benefit from advanced resources, including blood tests, consultations, and, if necessary, metabolic and hormonal interventions to accelerate and maintain optimal health outcomes.

Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, I focus on strategies that deliver real results, like improving health metrics such as blood pressure, cholesterol, and metabolic health, while helping you move and feel better in everyday life. 

The two most impactful ways to enhance our longevity are by improving our skeletal muscle capabilities and functional strength.

Strengthening skeletal muscles not only enhances our physical resilience but also improves blood sugar sensitivity, significantly reducing the risk of diabetes—the third leading cause of death in America. Similarly, greater functional strength boosts cardiovascular performance, increasing our overall potential and lowering the risk of heart disease, the number one cause of death in the country.

 

Meet

Dr. Kajal Roy

Dr. Kajal Roy, MD has teamed up with Brian at Strong Life to bring a physician-monitored approach to longevity and wellness. Passionate about holistic medicine, Dr. Roy takes a preventive approach to health and aesthetics, working with her patients to enhance their well-being and appearance over their lifetime.

Dr. Roy earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University and her medical degree from the Medical University of Silesia in Poland. She is board-certified in internal medicine and has completed specialized training in anti-aging and facial rejuvenation procedures.

With a background as an adult hospitalist at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Maryland, Dr. Roy brings extensive clinical experience to her practice. She was recognized as a Top Doctor in Frederick, Maryland, by the International Association of Healthcare Professionals and is featured in Leading Physicians of the World.

At Strong Life, Dr. Roy combines her expertise in preventive care and cutting-edge longevity research to help clients achieve optimal health outcomes through personalized programs, blood testing, metabolic support, and more. Together with Brian, she is committed to guiding clients toward their strongest, healthiest, and most vibrant lives.
