Brian Wright

Exercise Physiologist and Founder of Strong Life Longevity

I founded Strong Life Longevity with one mission is to help adults move better, feel stronger, and age with confidence.

With more than 25 years of experience in exercise science and performance training, I’ve seen how smart, individualized strength work can completely change the way you live.

My philosophy is simple: train with intention, measure your progress, and build strength that lasts a lifetime.

At Method Health Club in Ashburn, clients experience a clean, professional environment equipped for testing, small-group coaching, and functional training and not generic workouts.

Every program I design starts with real data: movement analysis, body composition, and strength testing. From there, I create a precise, adaptable plan that supports your goals and your lifestyle.

This isn’t about chasing numbers. It’s about optimizing how you move, think, and feel every day.

Dr. Kajal Roy

Dr. Kajal Roy, MD has teamed up with Brian at Strong Life to bring a physician-monitored approach to longevity and wellness. Passionate about holistic medicine, Dr. Roy takes a preventive approach to health and aesthetics, working with her patients to enhance their well-being and appearance over their lifetime.

Dr. Roy earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University and her medical degree from the Medical University of Silesia in Poland. She is board-certified in internal medicine and has completed specialized training in anti-aging and facial rejuvenation procedures.

With a background as an adult hospitalist at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Maryland, Dr. Roy brings extensive clinical experience to her practice. She was recognized as a Top Doctor in Frederick, Maryland, by the International Association of Healthcare Professionals and is featured in Leading Physicians of the World.

At Strong Life, Dr. Roy combines her expertise in preventive care and cutting-edge longevity research to help clients achieve optimal health outcomes through personalized programs, blood testing, metabolic support, and more. Together with Brian, she is committed to guiding clients toward their strongest, healthiest, and most vibrant lives.
