Train with Brian Wright, MS, CSCS twice per week at Method Health Club, combining strength, physical therapy, and nutritional guidance in one seamless system.

Includes:

  • Exercise physiology testing (body composition, skeletal muscle, visceral fat)
  • Functional movement and strength screening
  • Progressive small-group training (2x weekly)
  • Monthly physical therapy treatments
  • Weekly nutrition consulting and accountability
  • Corrective Exercise Plan customized to you
  • InBody testing every 3 months

Ideal for any adults who want structure, measurable progress, and in-person accountability.

Program Planning

Expert Strategy for Independent Training.

Prefer to train on your own but want a data-driven plan?
Program Planning gives you professional assessment, personalized programming, and ongoing expert guidance and without the need for in-person sessions each week.

Includes:

  • Exercise physiology testing (body composition, skeletal muscle, visceral fat)
  • Functional movement and strength screening
  • Custom training program and nutrition plan
  • 1–2 optional in-person sessions monthly for progress checks and form review
  • Program adjustments based on performance data
